Showings and property visits

ALL Buyers, possible buyers, Insurance personnel, contractors, Home Inspectors, City Personnel, and Videographers
MUST be accompanied to any property for showings and/or other activities by a Realtor

MFRES Brokers and Realtors never allows ANYONE access to any property without A Realtor being present. From a listing for Sale to a property being shown or even a premarket property/asset.
 
A MFRES realtor or your realtor must always accompany you, your client or your team member to location and inside!
